Job summary

Syncron Learning is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer with 4–5 years of experience to design scenario-based product training. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality in a fast-paced, projectized environment and collaborate with SMEs and multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes building storyboards, simulations and assessments, with strong proficiency in Articulate and AI-enabled workflows to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of software/product training experience or user assistance.
• Experience in scenario-based instructional design and working in projectized/agile environments.
• Hands-on with storyboards, simulations, and assessments.
• Ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders; use AI in content workflows.

About The Role

Syncron Learning builds scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners across Syncron products.

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (4–5 years experience) who can design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality. This role requires working in a fast-paced, projectized environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for Instructional Designers who want to grow in the software product training space.

Note: We are seeking an AI-enabled Instructional Designer who uses AI to work faster, smarter, and at scale-not a traditional content developer.

What would you do?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistance
• Strong experience in scenario-based instructional design
• Experience working in a projectized/agile environment
• Experience building storyboards, simulations, and assessments
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflows
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity (not just basic usage)
• Expertise in Articulate suite of applications
• Familiarity with Agentic AI tools
