• Create e-learning courses, microlearning modules, assessments, quizzes and training videos.
• Develop storyboards, facilitator guides, learner handbooks and training toolkits.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, Product and Training teams to identify learning needs.
• Ensure consistency, quality and brand alignment across all learning materials.
• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback.
