ISG is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft transformative learning experiences that meet role‑based and systems training needs. You will apply adult learning principles and modern rapid development tools to create impactful learning paths that empower users to acquire essential skills efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years in instructional design, proven Storyline expertise, and experience with rapid authoring/DAP tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Articulate Storyline, instructional design, training development, and consulting services, including e‑learning, QRGs, simulations, and Digital Adoption.
• Proven ability to design and deliver role‑based training using blended learning models (e.g., WBT, ILT, VILT).
• Created multiple courses in Articulate Storyline and developed corresponding training materials.
• Willing to work night shifts for a 12‑month project.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong command of American English grammar (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities across stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Implementation: create e‑learning content in Articulate Storyline and export as SCORM packages.
• Course Development: design and develop role‑based training using blended approaches.
• Project Management: manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Material Development: produce eLearning courses, simulations, quick reference guides, and job aids.
• Quality Assurance: ensure adherence to client requirements and standards.
• Tailored Instructional Design: support training across enterprise systems (Articulate Storyline, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, etc.).
• Proactive Risk Management: flag risks early and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Role Overview

As a Consultant in Instructional Design, you will design and develop transformative learning experiences that meet role-based and systems training needs. Utilizing your expertise in adult learning principles and modern rapid training development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, SAP Enable Now and WalkMe you will create learning pathways that empower learners to gain essential skills and knowledge seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to develop robust training curricula that align with organizational objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners.


• Implementation: Has implemented the following in Articulate Storyline for clients:


• Created an e-learning course on Storyline


• Exported the course as a Scorm Package


• Managed and updated old courses


• Course Development: Design and develop role-based training using a blended learning approach (WBT, ILT, VILT, etc.) to provide comprehensive learning experience.


• Project Management Experience: Exhibit time management and project execution skills to deliver high-quality course materials on time and to standard.


• Material Development: Create an array of training materials, including eLearning courses, system simulations, quick reference guides, and work instructions, utilizing best practices in instructional design and adherence to project development standards.


• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and client-specific requirements, consistently surpassing expectations with engaging and impactful learning solutions.


• Tailored Instructional Design: Design courses that cater to needs across various enterprise systems (e.g., Articulate Storyline, SAP, Infor, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday) by leveraging your expertise in adult learning for technical training.


• Proactive Risk Management: Identify and communicate potential challenges or risks to the Training Lead, proactively offering solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.

• At least 3 years of experience with the tool Articulate Storyline, instructional design, training development, and consulting services, with a focus on creating e‑Learning courses, QRG, Simulations and Digital Adoption including:


• Proven expertise in designing and delivering role-based training using blended learning models, applying instructional design methodologies, and utilizing rapid authoring and Digital Adoption Platform tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline).


• Created at least 3 courses in Articulate Storyline, training courses and developed training materials for them. The activities mentioned in the implementation requirements section are non‑negotiable.


• Willing to work Night shifts (12 months project)


• Excellent attention to detail and strong command of American English grammar (both written and spoken).


• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and balance priorities across various stakeholders under tight deadlines.
