Job summary

Veonit Systems in Pune, India seeks a dynamic instructional designer intern to assist in creating instructor-led, e-learning, and blended training solutions. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to organize content, develop guides, and support assessments, ensuring alignment with branding standards.

You will contribute to LMS activities, help produce multimedia materials, and stay updated on best practices and new learning technologies to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Internship, academic, or professional experience creating learning materials or training content.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
• Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resources.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and validate training content.
• Support the creation of participant guides, facilitator materials, job aids, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Apply instructional design standards, templates, and branding guidelines to learning materials.
• Help develop clearly defined learning objectives and basic measurement strategies.
• Update and maintain existing training programs and learning assets based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
• Support quality assurance reviews to ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and learner-focused.
• Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration activities, including course uploads, testing, and reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Stay informed about instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and emerging industry trends.
