Job summary

Techstar Group seeks an Instructional Designer to create learning solutions for large-scale SAP transformation programs. You will translate complex SAP processes into clear, engaging training content and work with SMEs to ensure accuracy.

You will design ILT, e-learning, job aids, simulations, and short training videos using SAP Enable Now, and author with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Vyond in a fast-paced SAP environment.

We are looking for an Instructional Designer developing learning solutions for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex SAP processes into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly training content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT), e-learning courses, job aids, system simulations, and short/drip-feed learning videos.
• Develop SAP training and performance-support content using SAP Enable Now.
• Create engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline and animated videos using Vyond.
• Collaborate with SMEs, functional teams, and training leads to understand SAP processes and learning requirements.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure training deliverables meet quality and project standards.
• Manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced SAP transformation environment.
