Iopex is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer to lead end-to-end design and development of high-impact learning solutions across technical, soft skills, and behavioral domains.

You will leverage Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, and AI-powered platforms for rapid prototyping, content creation, and voiceover generation, while integrating custom HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript into engaging web-based modules.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.

"We are seeking an innovative, highly skilled Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer who sits at the intersection of instructional strategy, creative design, and emerging learning technologies".

Role & responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end design and development of engaging, high-impact learning solutions across Technical/Functional, Soft Skills, and Behavioral domains.


• You will leverage traditional authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate), AI-powered learning platforms for rapid storyboarding and content creation, and modern "vibe coding" (using AI coding tools and LLMs to rapidly prototype interactive elements, custom web-based learning components, and scripts) to elevate our digital learning experience.


• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Design and develop instructionally sound, engaging learning interventions tailored for diverse learning topics: Technology/Technical Skills, Soft Skills, and Behavioural Competencies.


• Build interactive, visually appealing, and accessible eLearning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Adobe Captivate.


• Leverage AI platforms (e.g.,Gemini,Claude, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar toolkits) to generate voiceovers, avatars, graphics, scenarios, and instructional assets.


• Practice "Vibe Coding" , Proficiency in using AI coding assistants to write, adapt, and integrate custom HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript into eLearning modules or web-based learning assets.


• Advanced hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.


• Proven experience using AI platforms for storyboarding, scriptwriting, voiceover generation, graphic asset creation, and video synthesis.


• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in L&D, AI-assisted instructional design, immersive learning, and web development technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer (or similar role).


• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).


• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end eLearning modules, AI-assisted storyboards, custom coded/interactive components, and samples across technical and soft skills domains.
