THE OPPORTUNITY

At Biotastic Health Systems, we build and sell premium wellness equipment — ice baths, infrared saunas,red light therapy panels, and HBOT systems. Our clients include JW Marriott, Shangri-La, FC Goa, and 200+HNI homes across India.You won't be installing ACs or fixing plumbing. You'll be delivering world‑class wellness experiences thatpeople pay lakhs for. Every installation you complete is a brand statement — in a 5‑star hotel, a luxury home, or a premium fitness facility.We're building out our delivery vertical and need a dedicated field person who can own every installation from site survey to client sign-off. Pan‑India clients in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi need our person on the ground — not a third‑party installer.

THE MISSION

In 12 months, you are the field backbone of Biotastic's delivery operation. Every standard installation runs through you — site survey, scheduling, labor coordination, installation execution, quality check, and client handoff. For complex projects, you are the Technical Project Lead's trusted on‑ground executor. No installation happens in India without you either doing it or supervising it. Client feedback on installation experience is consistently 4.5+/5. That's the bar. You own it.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL OWNSite Surveys & MeasurementsVisit client sites — homes, hotels, gyms, spas — take accurate measurements, photograph the space,document electrical/plumbing/structural constraints, and submit standardized survey reports within 24hours. Standard Installation ExecutionOwn end-to-end delivery of catalogue products: schedule install dates, coordinate with the Ops team ondispatch, manage local labor, electricians, and plumbers, supervise installation, and do a quality checkbefore client handoff. Target: 95%+ on-time completion rate. Complex Install SupportOn custom and engineering projects, execute the Technical Project Lead's installation plan on-site. Manage fabrication delivery to site, coordinate trades (civil, MEP, carpentry), supervise fitment, andescalate real-time problems to the TPL. Client Experience on GroundBe the professional, client-facing representative at every site. Explain what's happening, manageexpectations, demo the product post-install, collect sign-off, and ensure the space is left spotless.Target:CSAT above 4.5/5 measured via post-install survey. Field Documentation & FeedbackPhoto-document every installation (before/during/after). Log issues in Zoho FSM. Feed learnings back tothe Technical Project Lead for SOP improvement. Flag recurring problems before they become patterns
