Job summary

Johnson Controls in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a dedicated Site Engineer to manage on-site execution for IBMS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire & Security projects, ensuring installation supervision, testing, commissioning support, and contractor coordination.

You will verify drawings, monitor safety, progress, and quality, prepare progress reports, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, conduct site surveys, and resolve technical issues to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation of field devices, control panels, controllers, network equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site surveys and verify installation readiness.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Perform inspection of installed systems and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Track material availability, site requirements, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and elevate critical concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Support project handover, documentation, and customer acceptance activities.
