Job Responsibilities

• Drive conversions and achieve sales targets
• Reach out to assigned leads and engage with them effectively
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and relevant use cases
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable features/use cases
• Follow up consistently until closure
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and conversions into CRM

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates or students who are about to graduate
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong presentation skills, especially over video meetings
• Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and video conferencing platforms
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic comfort using smartphones (Android only)
• Candidates should have or arrange an Android smartphone

Compensation

• During the first 3 months (Trainee period): Earn ₹20,000/month as fixed compensation + ₹5,000/month as incentive.
• Post Conversion: Decent package+ Medical Insurance + Performance based incentive
