Job summary

Future Businesstech India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales and procurement activities in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating with OEMs, distributors, vendors, customers and internal teams to drive day-to-day operations and handle order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes in SAP.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in inside sales or procurement operations, with familiarity in IT hardware and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement and inside sales activities in line with business requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, vendors, customers, and internal teams for day-to-day operations.
• Manage OEM Deal Registrations, sourcing, quotation comparison, commercial evaluations, and proposal preparation.
• Assist in bid and tender management, including OEM coordination, commercial preparation, compliance documentation, and timely submission.
• Execute the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP, including Sales Order processing, invoicing, delivery coordination, and customer payment follow-up.
• Execute the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in SAP, including Purchase Order processing, GRN, invoice verification, and vendor payment coordination.
• Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure timely collections, payments, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate business records, documentation, MIS reports, trackers, and management dashboards.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with OEMs, suppliers, distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain proper documentation for audit purposes, and provide periodic status reports to management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Procurement, Sales Coordination, or Procurement Operations.
• Experience in the IT System Integration or IT Hardware industry will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (O2C & P2P); knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with OEMs such as HPE, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, and related partner portals, will be preferred.
