• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and trackers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
• Provide excellent student experience and build long‑term trust
