IBN Technologies Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in Accounting Software, ERP Solutions, Bookkeeping, Payroll, or FAO services for the US and Canadian market. The role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and closing qualified opportunities from our Pune office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B inside sales, excellent English communication, and experience with CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Sales, Finance or Commerce.
• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience for North American market.
• Proven ability to sell Accounting Software, ERP, Bookkeeping, Payroll, or FAO services.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound sales activities.
• Sell Accounting Software, ERP Solutions, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax, and FAO services to US/Canada.
• Identify and engage decision-makers including CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers, CPA Firms, Finance Directors, and Business Owners.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and outsourcing needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve conversion rates.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and closing qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound sales activities.
• Sell Accounting Software, ERP Solutions, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax, and Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Services.
