HiWiPay is a cross-border fintech platform enabling exporters and B2B buyers to collect payments across 25+ currencies. The Inside Sales Intern will onboard sellers to marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Shopify, and more from Mumbai.

You will identify potential sellers, make outbound calls (80–100 daily), explain onboarding steps, and guide them through registration and activation. Stipend: INR₹ 14,000–15,000/month. Duration: 3 months.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Candidates who are currently pursuing their graduation will not be eligible for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Understand sellers' requirements and recommend suitable marketplace opportunities.
• Explain onboarding, documentation requirements, and marketplace policies.
• Assist and guide sellers through account registration, onboarding, and activation.
• Follow up regularly to convert prospects into active marketplace sellers.
• Achieve monthly seller onboarding and conversion targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends and seller requirements.

Job Title: Inside Sales Intern - Onboarding sellers on Global Ecommerce Platform

Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi - 5 mins walking from railway station)

Experience: 0-1 Years

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working days are Monday to Friday, with odd Saturdays being working days and even Saturdays as holidays.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Intern - Onboarding sellers on Global Ecommerce Platform to identify, engage, and onboard sellers onto leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Shopify, and other global platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to guide businesses through the marketplace onboarding process.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and reach out to businesses, manufacturers, traders, exporters, and entrepreneurs who may be interested in selling their products online.
2. Make outbound calls (80-100) to potential sellers and educate them about the benefits of selling on leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Walmart, and other global platforms.
3. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, databases, and other lead-generation channels.
4. Understand sellers' business requirements and recommend suitable marketplace opportunities.
5. Explain the onboarding process, documentation requirements, and marketplace policies to prospective sellers.
6. Assist and guide sellers through account registration, onboarding, and activation processes.
7. Follow up regularly with prospects to convert them into active marketplace sellers.
8. Achieve monthly seller onboarding and conversion targets.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
10. Stay updated on marketplace trends, seller requirements, and industry developments to effectively advise prospective sellers.
