Job summary

Umang Global Group invites ambitious students in Mumbai for a 3-month in-office internship focused on B2B outreach and sales. You will run outreach by email, LinkedIn, and phone, personalize messages with AI, and track conversations in the pipeline.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a Pharmacy degree (D.Pharm or B.Pharm) with strong English, comfort with spreadsheets and new tools, and willingness to work full-time or part-time during the term.

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and learning new software or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Run outreach to assigned prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone with personalized messages.
• Track every conversation in the pipeline and record status and next steps.
• Manage opportunities end to end from first contact through follow-ups and handover, keeping the team informed.

About the internship:

1. 1. Run outreach to your assigned prospects and partners by email, LinkedIn, and phone, with messages you personalize using AI tools and a playbook you help refine
2. 2. Track every conversation in the pipeline: who was contacted, what was said, what happens next, and when
3. 3. Manage each opportunity end to end, from first contact through follow-ups, meetings, and handover, keeping the team informed at every step

Other Requirements:

3. 3. Comfortable with spreadsheets, and quick to pick up new software and AI tools
4. 4. Organized and persistent: able to keep many conversations moving at once and follow every one through
5. 5. Available for the full internship term of 3 months, working full-time or part-time
