Job summary

Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited is seeking Inside Sales professionals in Bengaluru to handle a voice-based role. You will engage customers by phone, understand requirements, and promote NoBroker services including rentals, property sales, and loans.

You will be on calls for long hours, aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, while maintaining customer data and driving closures. The role welcomes freshers with good communication skills and emphasizes growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Must know English + 2 regional languages (e.g. English + Hindi + Kannada / English + Hindi + Telugu).
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers over call and understand their requirements.
• Sell NoBroker services like Rental, Property Sale/Purchase, Loans and other related services.

High Incentives / Variable Pay: Upto Rs. 2,40,000 per year extra if you achieve your targets. Your performance = your earning.

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days working. Saturday & Sunday are working at NoBroker.

You will get 1 weekday off (between Mon to Fri).Working Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Location : Bengaluru, kaikondrahalli, sarjapur road.
