Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a customer support professional to handle calls, emails, and chats, resolving queries with top service quality. The role requires English plus two regional languages, graduation, and targets for upselling.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling products/services to existing clients.
  
• Handle client success and engagement by ensuring timely resolution of issues, meeting SLAs, and delivering excellent service quality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in English language is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
• Graduation is mandatory.
