Wise HR India Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an Inside Sales Executive (Voice Process) to upsell insurance and wellness plans. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with 1-5 years of telesales or inside sales experience and a goal-driven mindset.

You will handle outbound calls, explain product benefits, maintain CRM data, and strive to meet daily and monthly targets while delivering strong post-sale support.

Qualifications

• 13 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to upsell/upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.
• Clearly explain product details, features, and benefits to drive conversions.
• Maintain and update customer data and call logs in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
