Job summary

CoreFit Plus Pilates Studio in South Delhi invites a Sales Executive to join our head office. You will engage with clients, educate them about Pilates, handle inquiries via phone/WhatsApp/email, and drive sales and client relationships.

The role starts onsite for training (3 months) and then shifts to a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 3 days remote). Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience, with a positive, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Location: C-17, Lower Ground Floor, Soami Nagar South, South Delhi – 110017
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)

Work Schedule

• 9 hours per day
• 6 days a week
• Training Period: First 3 months fully onsite at the studio
• Post-Training Work Model: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office + 3 days Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with daily sales activities and marketing campaigns.
• Schedule consultations, trial sessions, and appointments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Recommend suitable membership plans based on client goals and requirements.
• Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
• Ensure a professional, welcoming, and client-centric studio experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales and client retention targets.

Requirements

• 12th Pass, Graduate, or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations, inquiries, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or Pilates.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently during remote work days after successful completion of training.
