RocketFlyer Technology in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Executive to drive B2B SaaS sales for RocketFlow, RocketBiz, RocketBuy and RocketFleet. You will engage with senior IT leaders and business heads to understand needs and demonstrate ROI across our cloud-based BPM platform.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Inside Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of RocketFlow, RocketBiz, RocketBuy and RocketFleet through phone, email, WhatsApp and social channels.
• Engage with C-suite executives, business heads and IT leaders to understand challenges and demonstrate ROI of our solutions.
• Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls and manage the sales development pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly qualified lead, demo and conversion quotas.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records and continuously refine your sales approach.

• Continuously refine your sales approach, leverage our sales development platform, and maintain meticulous CRM records.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Inside Sales preferred).
• A self-starter with a strong urge to learn, innovate, and contribute in a startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.
