Job summary

Rocket Flyer Technology in Gurugram is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales professional to drive B2B SaaS sales for RocketFlow, RocketBiz, RocketBuy, and RocketFleet, engaging via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social channels.

You will speak with C-suite and IT leaders to uncover challenges, demonstrate how our solutions transform operations, qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls, and manage the sales pipeline to hit monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (inside sales preferred).
• Self-starter with a learning, innovative mindset and startup vibe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex solutions clearly.

• Engage with C-suite executives, business heads, and IT leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can revolutionize their operations.


• Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team, and manage the sales development pipeline.


• Achieve and exceed monthly qualified lead, demo, and conversion quotas.


• Continuously refine your sales approach, leverage our sales development platform, and maintain meticulous CRM records.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Inside Sales preferred).


• A self-starter with a strong urge to learn, innovate, and contribute in a startup environment.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
