Job summary

PREPCA is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Associate / Senior Inside Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will be part of the Sales Team, converting leads into enrollments and driving business growth.

Requirements include 6 months+ core sales experience, strong Hindi and English communication, and a Graduation degree or final semester status. Must have own laptop; on-site work from the office is mandated.

Qualifications

Should have more than 6 months of Experience into Core sales.
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Excellent convincing and sales skills.
A willingness to thrive in a target-driven, B2C sales environment.
Candidates should hold Graduation degree or awaiting final semester exams.
Must have your own laptop.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional video calls with prospective students.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate and learn by attending training sessions and staying updated on market trends and competitors.
Build strong relationships through follow-ups, personalized support, and a solution-oriented approach—while maintaining a polished appearance in blazer during all video calls.

Work Description
