Job summary

Lead Hr Services in India is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance of injection moulds, handle online mould troubleshooting, and carry out flash correction.

You will maintain records, follow safety procedures, inspect moulds for wear, and support HRS maintenance and repairs during production.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of injection moulds as per maintenance schedules.
• Handle online mould troubleshooting and identify mould-related issues during production.
• Carry out flash correction and necessary mould adjustments.
• Perform mould maintenance using conventional machines and relevant tools.
• Understand mould components and demonstrate good part knowledge.
• Handle Hot Runner System (HRS) maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect moulds for wear, damage, and other defects and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Maintain mould maintenance records and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Follow safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
