Job summary

Aanseacore is seeking a Tool Room Engineer Associate in Rajasthan to handle mould preventive and breakdown maintenance, fitting, spotting and polishing. The role focuses on injection mould maintenance, hot runner systems and conventional tool room machines to ensure mould reliability and uninterrupted production.

The candidate should have hands-on mould maintenance experience, knowledge of drawings, dimensional inspection and RCA, and the ability to document maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Preference for DPMT from CIPET or a Diploma in Plastics Technology/Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of relevant mould maintenance experience.
• Hands-on mould preventive and breakdown maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in mould insert matching, fitting, spotting, and polishing.
• Experience in mould breakdown troubleshooting and hot runner system maintenance.
• Ability to operate conventional tool room machines.
• Knowledge of mould drawings, assembly/disassembly, dimensional inspection, refurbishment and RCA is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and maintenance documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
• Carry out mould insert matching, fitting, spotting and polishing.
• Troubleshoot mould breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, maintain and correct hot runner system moulds.
• Operate conventional tool room machines for mould maintenance and repair.
• Support mould assembly, disassembly, refurbishment and dimensional inspection.
• Identify recurring mould issues and assist in root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain tool room maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure mould reliability.
