Job summary

Pragati Universal in Kosamba, Gujarat, seeks a skilled leader to manage daily injection moulding production operations on the shop floor. You will drive smooth machine operations, production planning, and target achievement while monitoring process parameters and ensuring high quality.

You will lead production teams, coordinate with maintenance and QA, and uphold 5S, safety standards, and discipline to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• CIPET qualification is compulsory.
• Experience in injection moulding operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily injection moulding production operations.
• Ensure smooth machine operations, production planning, and target achievement.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• CIPET qualification is compulsory (Diploma / PG Diploma in Plastic Technology).
• 1020 years of experience in injection moulding operations.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, mould setting, and process parameters.
• Expertise in handling production teams and achieving production targets.
• Extensive knowledge of machine troubleshooting, mould maintenance, and quality control.
• Experience in plastic components manufacturing, preferably pumps and packaging products.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to reduce rejection, minimize machine downtime, and improve production efficiency.
