Responsibilities

• Looking for an experienced Engineered Plastic Injection Molding Expert to oversee Mold design, Mold development, Facility set-up, Production & Product Prove out and process optimization and deliver high-quality parts with excellent surface finish.
• Mold Design Review
• Facility Development
• Mold Machine Set up & Production
• Ensure induction molds are built as per design drawings and within dimensional tolerances.
• Review mold trials and inspect first-off samples for fit, finish, and surface quality.
• Select appropriate polymers based on application and molding behavior.
• Optimize injection molding parameters for consistency and minimal defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis for molding or surface defects.
• Coordinate with tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturing standards.
• Familiar with tolerance standards (GD&T), mold qualification, and quality control.
• Strong understanding of surface finish requirements
