Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an L1 Infrastructure Support Engineer in Noida to monitor alerts, manage incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and support cloud, server, Active Directory, and network operations. The role requires 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience and hands-on ServiceNow work.

You will monitor tools like Dynatrace and SolarWinds, handle basic credential resets, and participate in rotating night/weekend shifts. Immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure support or NOC experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow incident management.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing).
• Experience with at least one monitoring tool (Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, or Nagios).
• Good English communication and willingness to work rotational night/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts using Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor, or similar tools.
• Create, categorize, and update incident tickets in ServiceNow.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and execute documented recovery procedures.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, password resets, and basic GPO issues.
• Perform routine health checks, batch monitoring, and log collection.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to L1.5 with detailed troubleshooting notes.
• Maintain accurate shift handovers and support P1 incident bridges.

Good to Have

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID knowledge.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
