Job summary

GenNext India Private Limited invites an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations leader to join our Bengaluru team. You will manage IT infrastructure operations, drive service transitions, runbooks, governance, and ensure high availability.

You will lead Major Incident Management, RCA and risk mitigation, while driving SLA/KPI performance and adherence to ITIL processes. The role balances hands-on leadership with strategic portfolio management across large infrastructure assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• ITIL / Infrastructure certification preferred.
• Experience in team leadership / individual contribution.
• 4+ years managing / large infrastructure portfolios.
