Job summary

Excelencia iTech Consulting is seeking a visionary Infrastructure Delivery & Practice Head to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services across multiple clients in India. You will drive growth, capability development, profitability, and alignment with organizational goals.

The role covers cloud, data centre, network, security, workplace services, platform operations, and managed services engagements, with a focus on governance, innovation, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 18+ years in IT infrastructure.
• 8+ years in senior delivery leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infra operations and transformation programs.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar managed services portfolios.
• Strong experience with global delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of infrastructure managed services and transformation programs across multiple client accounts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Drive operational excellence through ITIL-based service management practices.
• Manage service reviews, governance forums, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, availability, capacity, and continuity management processes.
• Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and operational frameworks.
• Manage P&L responsibility for infrastructure delivery portfolios.
• Drive compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead service transition activities for new engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and value creation.
• Define the infrastructure practice vision and roadmap.
• Develop service offerings around Cloud, Hybrid Infra, Data Center Operations, Network, Cybersecurity, Workplace, DevOps, Platform Engineering.
• Drive innovation and modernization initiatives.
• Establish best practices and reusable frameworks.
• Support sales teams in client pursuits and pricing reviews.
• Participate in RFPs, RFIs, and proposal development.
• Present solutions to executive stakeholders and customers.
• Drive account mining and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Own practice and delivery financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure revenue realization and margin improvement.

Service Delivery Management

• Own delivery of infrastructure managed servicesand transformation programs across multiple client accounts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, andcontractual commitments.

• Manage service reviews, governance forums, andexecutive stakeholder communications.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build trusted relationships with clientexecutives and key stakeholders.
• Act as executive escalation point fordelivery-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for service improvementsand value creation.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) andstrategic planning sessions

Practice Development

• Define and execute the infrastructure practicevision and roadmap.
• Develop service offerings around: Cloud Services(Azure, AWS, GCP), Hybrid Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, NetworkServices, Cybersecurity Operations, Workplace Services, DevOps and PlatformEngineering, Infrastructure Automation
• Drive innovation and modernization initiatives.
• Establish best practices and reusableframeworks.

Business Development and Pre-sales

• Support sales teams in client pursuits andopportunities.
• Lead infrastructure solution architecture andpricing reviews.
• Participate in RFPs, RFIs, and proposaldevelopment.
• Present solutions to executive stakeholders andcustomers
• Drive account mining and cross-sellingopportunities.
• Support contract negotiations and commercialdiscussions

Operational discipline

• Own practice and delivery financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and costoptimization initiatives.
• Ensure revenue realisation and marginimprovement.
• Monitor resource costs and productivity metrics.
• Drive operational efficiency through automationand standardisation.

Requirements
