Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Hyderabad seeks a Network Operations Center professional to monitor and support enterprise IT infrastructure using tools like SCOM, SolarWinds, CyberArk, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V SCVMM, ServiceNow, and NetApp/Veritas data-center tools.

The role requires 3–5 years in a NOC or technical support, a relevant bachelor's degree, and ITIL/CCNA/Network+ certifications. This is an on-site Hyderabad position with opportunities to work across data centers and global services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or a similar technical support role.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• CCNA or equivalent Cisco certification.
• Microsoft certification such as MCSA is preferred.
