Job summary

Federal Operations And Services in Kerala is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help administer servers, storage, cloud platforms and network infrastructure, and to provide end-user support for hardware, software and connectivity.

You will monitor HRMS, intranet and other enterprise applications hosted in the cloud, assist in user access management and security compliance, and coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents and maintain IT assets.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of servers, storage, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor cloud-hosted applications such as HRMS, Intranet, Asset Management, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in user access management, security compliance, backup monitoring, and DR activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and operational records.
• Monitor incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely closure of support.
• Support audit, compliance, and information security requirements.
