Job summary

Accenture in Hyderabad, India seeks an L2 Network Support engineer to deliver troubleshooting and support aligned with ISO 20000, ISO27001, and BS25999.

You will work with Fortigate/Palo Alto firewalls, switching and routing, and gain cloud, scripting, and wireless knowledge while maintaining a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Fortigate or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting switching and routing.
• Knowledge of cloud technology, scripting, and wireless tech.
• SSL VPN configuration and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Network Support and troubleshooting
• Deliver the result by adhered to the defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999
• Flexibility towards working on shifts.
• Good understanding of the Network Architecture of the Organization and ability to deliver results as per the timelines.
• Front End Internal, External, and client audits and work towards the closure of the findings.

Technical Experience Mandatory

• Strong technical expertise in configuring and troubleshooting any of the firewalls, with a preference for Fortigate or Palo Alto.
• Strong technical knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting Switching and Routing
