Qualifications

• Strong expertise configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (Fortigate/Palo Alto).
• Solid knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Switching and Routing.
• Cloud technology knowledge and scripting basics are a plus.
• SSL VPN configuration and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Network Support and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999.
• Flexible to work on shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Network Support and troubleshooting
• Deliver the result by adhered to the defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999
• Flexibility towards working on shifts.
• Good understanding of the Network Architecture of the Organization and ability to deliver results as per the timelines.
• Front End Internal, External, and client audits and work towards the closure of the findings.

Technical Experience Mandatory

• Strong technical expertise in configuring and troubleshooting any of the firewalls, with a preference for Fortigate or Palo Alto.
• Strong technical knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting Switching and Routing
