Job summary

Birlasoft in Pune, India seeks a hardware asset specialist with 3–5 years of experience to maintain inventory records for laptops, desktops, servers, network gear, and other infra assets. You will track movements, assist procurement, and prepare monthly metrics for planning.

You will support asset lifecycle, issuance, recording, verification, and disposal per security guidelines, while coordinating with ITSM tools and audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hardware asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware inventory records for devices and infra assets.

Experience – 3- 5 Years

The Individual should be maintaining the records of hardware inventory (computing devices, telecom devices, and other infra assets) and updating records during the material movement both internal and external. Closely work with procurement team and users for new procurement, prepare monthly metrics to management for future planning.
