Job summary

Microland in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a qualified engineer to manage asset lifecycle, IT operations, and billing activities. The role requires adherence to processes and SLAs, and active participation in SIPs to ensure client satisfaction.

The candidate will supervise junior staff, maintain asset databases, and ensure information security compliance across projects with a focus on customer-centric service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to process and SLA targets.
• Participate in at least 1 customer SIP per quarter.
• Aim for 0 client complaints/escalations per year.
• Ensure compliance to Microland and customer policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to Process and SLA on all agreed deliverables as per the targets/objectives.
• Contribute and participate in implementation of at least 1 customer facing SIP per quarter.
• Ensure 0 formal client complaints / escalations per year.
• Contribute and participate at least 1 SIP per quarter with timely inputs and execution.
• Ensure 100% compliance to service management processes defined.
• Ensure zero NC identified on deliverables during audits.
• Timely response on mail/phone calls to all queries/tasks of supervisor/end users.
• Time management: reporting on time, minimum breaks, timely task closure.
• Maintain 100% compliance to Microland and customer policies.
• Zero breaches/violations of information security, harassment and policy.
• Raise Security Incidents when gaps identified.
• Asset database updates for all transactions in master database.
• Asset tracking across PAN India and stock availability.
• Allocation of assets through defined timelines.
• Real-time updating of assets/tools records.
• Handle vendor/ticket management on priority.
• Supervise juniors, review work, and provide guidance.

Details:

• 1. Ensure compliance to Process and SLA on all agreed deliverables as per the contractual targets/Goals and Objectives
• 2. Contribute and Participate in implementation of atleast 1 customer facing SIP per quarter
• 3. Ensure that Number of formal client complaints / escalation are 0 per year
• 4. Contribute and participate at least 1 SIP per quarter by providing timely inputs, suggestions and execution
• 5. Ensure 100% compliance to service management processes defined
• 6. Ensure Zero NC identified on deliverable during process and transaction audits
• 7. Ensure Timely response on mail/phone calls towards All queries/task of supervisor/end users.

• 14. Ensure proper hand over and updates are provided enabling effective service delivery.
• 15. Ensure 100% Asset database update-All the transaction for a particular asset must be update in master database at any point of time accurately.
• 16. Asset Tracking-Track all the in-use and spare assets across PAN India and ensuring necessary stock is available at any point of time.
• 17. Asset Allocation-Allocate the assets through appropriate request within the defined timeline.
• 18. Update All files/Folders on real time basis(Asst tool, PO tracer, Rental tracker, Resigned-transfer, AIU,Asset movement,Disposal,software etc.
• 19. Process AIU, Vendors management tickets on top priority.
• 20. Rerun Rental assets to vendor on real time basis to avoid any cost related issue.
• 21. Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.
• 22. Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
