Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction industry.
• Hyderabad location in Telangana.

Core Responsibilities:

Technical Operations & Maintenance:

• Manage all electromechanical systems, utilities, and technical assets during shift duty
• Lead engineering team in executing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects
• Maintain equipment history cards, check-sheets, and logbooks
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of new installations

Electrical Engineering:

• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for MV/LV systems, UPS, and generators
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and regional standards
• Lead root-cause analysis for electrical faults and implement preventive solutions

Reporting: Property Manager / Technical Manager

Property type - Commercial

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction industry.
