The Information Technology Support Specialist is a full-time, on‑site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to internal teams and customers, resolving issues related to desktop computers, peripherals, and core IT systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, log and track incidents, and escalate complex issues when required. Daily responsibilities include managing help desk tickets, installing and configuring systems, updating software, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will collaborate with other technical staff and vendors to ensure minimal downtime, support onboarding of new users, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes.
