Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Oversee and optimize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Admin Console).
• Build, customize, and automate processes using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and integrations.
• Manage business applications (ERP/CRM/internal apps) and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Implement IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.
• Collaborate with different departments to digitize and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
