The Role: IT Manager

We're looking for an IT Manager to lead and scale our IT operations globally. You'll design, build, and manage a secure, robust, and efficient IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for a growing, multi-location organization. As both a strategist and a hands-on leader, you'll help us achieve operational excellence and empower our teams to innovate.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent professional experience
• 6-8 years of relevant IT / system administration experience
• Strong Google Workspace administration experience
• Experience managing junior IT resources and/or vendors
• Relevant Google, Microsoft, networking, security or cloud certifications are preferred but not mandatory

Practical capability, independent problem-solving and demonstrated ownership of real-world IT environments will be valued more highly than certifications alone.
