• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and application support teams to foster high performance and professional growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that directly align with overarching business goals and future growth roadmaps.
• Operations & Service Delivery: Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure high system availability, and maintain excellence in service delivery.
• Security & Compliance: Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, data backups, and robust disaster recovery protocols.
• Project & Vendor Management: Direct end-to-end IT projects, manage technology budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale effective IT solutions.
• Digital Transformation: Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and lead digital transformation projects across the enterprise.
