Job summary

A dynamic entertainment firm in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain all IT systems, provide end-user support for hardware and software, and ensure data security. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, 5+ years of experience, and strong troubleshooting skills across various operating systems. You will be a key player in supporting the growth of this innovative company focused on Gen-Z audiences and entertainment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT systems including laptops, printers, routers, and internal tools.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (on-site and remote).
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across platforms.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage procurement in coordination with the admin/finance team.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage regular data backups and system updates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning/deprovisioning access to systems and tools.
• Liaise with vendors and third-party providers for IT solutions and support.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks

Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

Familiarity with Google Workspace, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools

Requirements:
