Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter pipelines.
• Monitor ETL jobs, identify failures, and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and upstream/downstream teams.
• Handle incident, problem, and change requests via ServiceNow.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Perform Unix-level debugging and script execution.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support documentation.
