Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced professional to provide L3 application support for Informatica Power Center and IICS related ETL jobs in Hyderabad. The role involves monitoring batch jobs, data loads, and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve incidents within SLA.

The ideal candidate will analyze data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes while supporting releases and migrations. On‑call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.Experience in data integration is preferred.

• Provide L3 application support for Informatica PC and IICS related ETL jobs.
• Monitor batch jobs, workflow and data loads; identify and resolve failures within SLA.

• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with development, DBA and Admin teams for issue resolution.
• Handle production incident, service request and change deployments.
• Support releases, patching and migration activities.
• Provide status updates and participate in on‑call/shift‑based support as required.
