The role involves monitoring Informatica ETL pipelines, ensuring data availability, integrity, and performance across environments. Candidates should have strong skills in Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and incident management. Qualifications

• Proven experience in production support for enterprise ETL environments and incident management.
• Experience with database platforms such as Oracle, Teradata or SQL Server and exposure to performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for ETL deployments and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support for Informatica ETL pipelines.
• Monitor ETL workflows and job schedules, restart failed jobs, and manage job dependencies.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for mappings, sessions, and workflows.
• Implement and validate code fixes, hotfix deployments and configuration changes in coordination with release teams.
• Maintain runbooks, incident logs, RCA documentation and change records; communicate status to stakeholders and on-call teams.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs and infrastructure teams on data reconciliation, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role supports mission-critical ETL pipelines and ensures data availability, integrity and performance across on-premise and hybrid-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support for Informatica ETL pipelines: triage incidents, drive root-cause analysis and deliver timely fixes.
• Monitor ETL workflows and job schedules, restart failed jobs, and manage job dependencies using scheduling tools.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for mappings, sessions and workflows to meet SLA and throughput targets.
• Implement and validate code fixes, hotfix deployments and configuration changes in coordination with release teams.
• Maintain runbooks, incident logs, RCA documentation and change records; communicate status to stakeholders and on-call teams.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs and infrastructure teams on data reconciliation, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
