Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
- Create and enhance mappings, transformations, sessions, and workflows
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources
- Optimize ETL performance and ensure efficient data processing
- Apply data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation rules
- Handle job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ETL failures
- Work with large volumes of data across multiple database platforms
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards
- Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments
Additional Responsibilities
- Exposure to Informatica IICS or cloud data platforms
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of shell scripting and basic automation
- Informatica certification(s)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Primary skills: Technology->Informatica ETL Developer->SmartCo ETL Developer
- 5–8 years of overall experience in ETL / data integration
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling
- Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
- Experience with UNIX/Linux scripting
- Knowledge of performance tuning, troubleshooting, and error handling
- Experience with batch processing and scheduling
- Familiarity with deployment, migration, and support activities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
