The candidate will monitor workflows, perform performance tuning, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on critical data management initiatives. Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and ETL monitoring is essential, along with a proven background in production support environments. This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale data integration systems and opportunities for technical growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support for enterprise ETL environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for ETL deployments.
• Exposure to performance tuning in data management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for ETL deployments and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support for Informatica ETL pipelines.
• Monitor ETL workflows and job schedules, restarting failed jobs.
• Implement and validate code fixes and configuration changes.
• Implement and validate code fixes, hotfix deployments and configuration changes in coordination with release teams.
• Maintain runbooks, incident logs, RCA documentation and change records; communicate status to stakeholders and on-call teams.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs and infrastructure teams on data reconciliation, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Overview

A leading enterprise IT services organisation focused on Data Engineering and Enterprise Data Management, delivering scalable data integration, analytics and production-support operations for large-scale transactional and analytical platforms. The role supports mission-critical ETL pipelines and ensures data availability, integrity and performance across on-premise and hybrid-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support for Informatica ETL pipelines: triage incidents, drive root-cause analysis and deliver timely fixes.
• Monitor ETL workflows and job schedules, restart failed jobs, and manage job dependencies using scheduling tools.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for mappings, sessions and workflows to meet SLA and throughput targets.
• Implement and validate code fixes, hotfix deployments and configuration changes in coordination with release teams.
• Maintain runbooks, incident logs, RCA documentation and change records; communicate status to stakeholders and on-call teams.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs and infrastructure teams on data reconciliation, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
