Job summary

Infosys in Hyderabad is seeking a qualified L3 Informatica support engineer to manage PC/IICS based ETL jobs, monitor batch runs, and resolve data-related discrepancies. You will collaborate with development and DBA teams, handle incidents, and assist with patches and migrations.

The role requires 2-5 years in ETL/PowerCenter or IICS, proficiency in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter or IICS Support.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and shell scripting on Unix/Linux.
• Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow or similar) and job scheduling tools (ESP or similar).
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
