The Experience Co. is seeking a Marketing Intern to support ExCo’s creative and content team in Bangalore. You will work across campaigns, social media, content, internal workflows and production support, with a mix of creative and operational tasks.
This is a four-month, paid internship committed to hands-on learning and collaboration. You will collaborate with the Creative & Content Strategist and work with the team to develop ideas, craft captions, and coordinate with creators and travellers.
The destination is the backdrop. The people are the point.
Bangalore · Full-time · In office, Monday to Friday · Four-month paid internship
ExCo is the company behind Bucketlist and BHX Project.
Bucketlist creates international adventures where the group matters as much as the place.
BHX Project is a creative residency—a brain vacation for founders, creators, artists, leaders and builders.
We create experiences where interesting people meet, travel together and often remain part of each other’s lives long after the trip ends. Our marketing has to make people feel that—not simply show them another beautiful destination.
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day work of ExCo’s creative and content team.
You will work across campaigns, social media, content, internal workflows, research and production support. Some of the work will be creative. Some of it will be operational. All of it matters.
You do not need a marketing degree, a famous college or a polished agency portfolio.
A student page, college festival, newsletter, side project, small business, community or something you organised for friends can all count. We care about what you noticed, what you did and what happened.
You will report to the Creative & Content Strategist and work closely with ExCo’s Creative Director, producer, designer and video editor.
You will get a close view of how ideas move through:
This is a paid, four-month internship. The stipend will be discussed openly in the first conversation.
Strong performance can lead to a full-time role after the internship, but conversion is not automatic.
