Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing, agency preferred.
• Excellent understanding of influencer ecosystems and major social platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Strategic thinker with proven pitching and presentation abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand objectives.
• Decode briefs and lead campaign execution end-to-end.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, including negotiations.

• Generate innovative ideas and pitch concepts to clients.
