Job summary

Myraid Media is seeking a proactive partner marketing specialist in Gurugram, India to build a pipeline of creators on Instagram and YouTube and manage influencer collaborations end-to-end.

You will pitch, negotiate, and close deals, coordinate briefs and timelines, track results, and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maintaining compliance with ASCI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines for campaigns.

What you'll do

• Find creators: build a pipeline of finance, education and student creators on Instagram and YouTube. Judge fit by audience and engagement quality, not follower count.
• Outreach and deals: reach out, pitch, negotiate deliverables and rates, and close collaborations.
• Run campaigns end to end: write creator briefs, coordinate timelines, review content before it goes live, and make sure it goes out on schedule.
• Track results: set up referral codes and UTM links for each creator, measure reach, engagement, sign-ups and cost per sign-up, and report what worked and who to work with again.
• Budgets: plan campaigns within a set budget and compare cost per result across creators to decide where the money goes.
• Compliance: make sure creators disclose paid posts properly, in line with ASCI influencer guidelines, and that finance content stays accurate.
• Manage relationships: keep a tracker of creators, contacts, rates and past performance, and turn good one-offs into long-term partnerships.
• Own content: repurpose creator content and support our Instagram.
• Research: find new creators, track formats that work in creator collaborations, and watch what competitors run with influencers.
