Job summary

DiveIn Media Pvt Ltd is seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive (IME) to join our team. The role focuses on hands-on influencer marketing and campaign execution across social platforms.

The candidate should have 3–6 months of relevant experience or internship, with a preference for those from influencer marketing agencies. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and strong communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of relevant experience or internship in Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Candidates with experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency will be preferred.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of influencer metrics and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify and research relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
• Handle influencer outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
• Assist in preparing influencer shortlists and campaign proposals.
• Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
• Track influencer posts, engagement, reach, and other campaign metrics.
• Ensure influencers deliver content as per the agreed campaign brief.
• Stay updated on social media trends, creators, and emerging influencers.
• Support the team in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
